Foods for brain

Several kinds of foods can help boost your brain mechanism such as:
* Fruits : Avocados, Bananas, Oranges
* Vegetables: Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Collard greens, Legumes, Peas, Potatoes, Romaine lettuce, Spinach
* Meat: Beef, Cantaloupe, Chicken, Salmon, Tuna, Turkey
* Foods/drink: · Brown rice, Oatmeal, lean, Cheese, Eggs, Brewer's yeast, Wheat germ, Yogurt, Milk, Soybeans
* etc: Flaxseed oil, Peanut butter

Good breakfasts
Good breakfast for a healthy day should contains a balance of complex carbohydrates and protein, e.g. grains + dairy + fruits.
